Preparation
of dried flowers
Select
the best quality fresh
flowers (no broken, damaged
petals or insects) direct
from our affiliate gardens
because the freshness
and quality of the flowers
is very essential to make
the quality products.
The
fresh flowers have been
dried by silica chemical
which is the agent to
absorb moisture in the
flowers until they are
completely dried. By silica
characteristics, the dried
flowers’ colour,
shape and quality are
maintained as close to
fresh.
Normally
our NLFs are natural colours.
We also can do artificial
colour as customer's requirement
Our
capacity to dry flowers
is about 2000 - 3000 pcs
per day for orchids and
1000 – 1500 pcs
for roses.
Preparation
of the glasses
We
have glass model more
than 40 models in various
shape and size.
Same
as flowers, we very much
concern on the quality
of the glasses.
Our
skilled staff are assigned
to check each glass carefully.
The disqualified ones
would be rejected.
After
checking quality, we have
to clean then coat them
with the chemical solution
before fixing the foam
base.
Flowers arrangement
We have
many kinds of flowers
such as orchids, roses,
carnation and lotus.
We have
to double check the glass
again in order to ensure
that there is no finger
print on or other unwanted
articles inside.
Our
staff have skills and
long experience in designing
and arranging flowers.
Our
capacity for flowers arrangement
is about 100-250 units
per day.
Pack and
Packing
Pack
and Packing is the important
process otherwise the
quality of dried flowers
will be diminished more
quickly.
We
apply the dehydrated technique
then seal the lid by epoxy
glue tightly in order
to prevent the air and
moisture to get in the
glass.
We
have the strong protection
by packing in the air-bubble

Quality Control
We
check the quality of every
step of production from
raw material selection
until the packing process.
We
provide the training on
quality control to our
staff regularly.
We
can provide you the “Phytosanitary
Certificate” certified
by Thailand Agricultural
Department for customs
purposes.
